About Us

West Hove Hounds understand how precious your pets are to you and treat every single one as we would our own and as part of our little family.

We only walk in small packs to ensure each dog gets the care and focus they require.

Each dog will be introduced to the pack on a trial basis to ensure a friendly and happy group that plays and socialises well together.

Dogs are walked off-lead to ensure they are exercised fully, unless otherwise requested. We also offer one-to-one walks if required.

Your dog will be picked up and dropped off in our van, which is fully equipped with crates for safety and comfort.

The walks are in the morning and the afternoon depending on your needs and are available ad-hoc if required as we understand that life can be unpredictable and hectic.

Walks last a minimum of an hour, often longer and we walk at a variety of locations throughout the Brighton and Hove area including the South Downs, Stanmer, Wild Park, Devil’s Dyke and Sheep Cote Valley.

Walks are chosen based on the needs and abilities of the dogs and are varied to ensure dogs are exercised well and mentally stimulated.

The welfare of your dog is of upmost importance to us and your dog will be walked in a safe environment away from roads and any other potential hazards. Water is always provided and walks are adjusted in extreme weather conditions.

Additional services are available including Pet Taxi, Pet Feeding whilst you are away and even Puppy Visits for when you get that new addition to your family. Please do message or call for further details.
